Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Manases Evergreen Turf. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases while also ensuring that returns are handled fairly and efficiently. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to prior approval from Manases Evergreen Turf.

Before returning any product, please contact us at sales@manasesturf.com to request return authorization and instructions. Do not ship a product back without prior approval.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in new, resalable condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging or original shipping condition, whenever applicable.

  • Include all components, accessories, and documentation originally provided with the product.

  • Not have been cut, altered, modified, installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the returned product does not meet these requirements.

Artificial Turf and Cut or Altered Materials

Cut or altered materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Artificial turf, padding, underlayment, or other materials that have been cut, trimmed, altered, customized, or prepared according to a customer's requested dimensions cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for confirming the product, color, quantity, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order for material that will be cut or customized.

Full Rolls

Uncut, unused full rolls of artificial turf may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.

The roll must be in its original condition and suitable for resale. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Other Products and Accessories

Other unused products and accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.

Products must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with their original packaging.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless Manases Evergreen Turf determines that the return resulted from an error on our part.

Any shipping charges originally paid by the customer will not be included in the refund.

Restocking Fee

Some returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

When applicable, the restocking fee will be calculated based on the purchase price of the returned product and deducted from the refund.

We will inform you whether a restocking fee applies when reviewing your return request.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If an item is damaged during transportation, the shipping damage should be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. Please take clear photographs of:

  • The damaged product.

  • The shipping packaging.

  • The shipping label.

  • Any visible damage to the box, pallet, roll, wrapping, or container.

Please keep all original packaging and damaged materials until the carrier's claim has been resolved.

You should also contact Manases Evergreen Turf promptly and provide photographs and details of the damage so we can assist with documentation when appropriate.

Damage that occurs during transportation may be subject to the shipping carrier's claims process and is not automatically considered a product defect.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong product or believe that a product is defective, please contact us promptly after receiving your order.

Provide your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and provide further instructions.

Please do not install, cut, alter, or use a product that you believe is incorrect or defective before contacting us, as doing so may affect return or replacement eligibility.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Any applicable:

  • Restocking fees,

  • Return shipping charges,

  • Other approved deductions

will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After we process the refund, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times from financial institutions are outside our control.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Artificial turf or other materials that have been cut.

  • Custom-sized or custom-ordered materials.

  • Products that have been altered or modified.

  • Installed products.

  • Used products.

  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer or installer.

  • Products that are no longer in resalable condition.

  • Products returned without authorization.

Before Ordering

Artificial turf and many of our products can be large, heavy, expensive to ship, and may be cut specifically for your project. We strongly recommend confirming your measurements, quantities, product specifications, and shipping information before placing your order.
